If you have received damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise, or if your order doesn't fit please call us at (787) 732-7003 or email us at info@vabienlingerie.com for instructions to return. At your request we will either provide an exchange at no extra cost - unless you are located outside of the United States, in which case a $25 USD fee will be assessed - or a full refund to your credit card, once we receive your return and pass it through inspection.

Please note that your return must be received at our distribution center no more than 14 days from the invoice date. Returns must be in their original condition (not laundered or soiled) with hangtags intact.

Security is one of our top priorities, so please read this entire section. Orders placed on the Va Bien website are done using a secure 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Our server is constantly monitored and protected by the latest security measures. All computers that Va Bien uses to process orders are protected by the latest in internet security.

All personal information submitted to VA BIEN is used strictly for order fulfillment and correspondence with our customers. We will never disclose any personal information to any other parties, nor will such information be sold. For order fulfillment, we require a billing/shipping address, a phone number, and an email address. This information is used exclusively for us to properly fulfill your orders, as well as to communicate with you if there is a problem/question about your order.

Users of this website are responsible for keeping their account login information (usernames, passwords, etc) private on their end. Be sure to log out every time you are finished doing business with Va Bien, especially if accessing from a public or shared computer. Va Bien is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred through misuse of your account. End user is responsible for the security of their own computers that are used to access.

Va Bien is not responsible for orders indicated as "delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer. To avoid this situation Va Bien offers three options that require signature confirmation upon receipt: USPS Priority Mail - Signature Required, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air. Note that if you are not available to sign for your order when it arrives under these options, the carrier may return your order to Va Bien. Our carriers will not guarantee arrival dates of packages - please keep this in mind if time is critical. 2 Day Air and Next Day Air services are unavailable to PO or APO boxes, and are not delivered on Saturdays.
Orders received after 2pm Atlantic Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays.
