Orders received after 2pm Atlantic Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed and are not deliverable on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays. All orders are shipped via FedEx and are not deliverable to PO boxes. Please contact us if you need to ship to a PO box. For international orders, all customs duties and any other import costs other than freight are not paid for by Va Bien. Va Bien is not responsible for orders indicated as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. To avoid this situation Va Bien offers three options that require signature confirmation upon receipt. By selecting the option that waives signature confirmation, the customer acknowledges that FedEx may leave the order at risk of being stolen at the place of delivery. If signature confirmation is requested, and the customer is not available to sign for the order when it arrives, please note that the carrier may return the order to Va Bien.
